An example of our value proposition at work;
One of our principals was at the helm of the largest flight training center for a prestigious investment banking firm. This individual reorganized the order of which flight students advanced through the flight training programs. This change captured millions of dollars in additional revenue by halting attrition from the largest revenue producing elective training programs and turning them into core fundamental flight training courses. Additionally, this turned around aircraft utilization for the multi-engine fleet, going from excess available aircraft rental hours to a scarcity in available aircraft rental time. All of this lead to an increase in revenue, improved operational efficiency, Increased market share and improved customer retention levels.
What is your fee structure?
Aviation Business Consultants excels in providing fair and affordable services to its clientele. Most of our projects are priced by means of a flat rate. This means that our projects are priced according to what we feel is necessary in the way of hours to complete the scope of work. We feel that this gives our clients the assurance that they will not be billed for cost overruns due to excessive time spent in certain areas of a project. This also gives our customers the conviction that their project will be completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Are there any additional expenses to your Flat Rate?
There are a few incidental costs that are associated with the flat fee system that we use. They are in part, advertising expenses, postage and delivery fees, material and production expenses such as, copies, presentation binders and media development etc... Additionally, when any of Aviation Business Consultants personnel is required to conduct an on site visit to the clients location then the client is also responsible for all travel associated expenses. If the client so choses they can arrange the travel arrangements in advance as to have control of said costs.
